Is there a big or any diference/in load time when using 8MB Cache drives vs. 2MB Cache drives inside the PS2?

Won't make too much difference at all, the game loading bottleneck is the PS2 bus speed. If there isn't too much price difference, go with the 8 Mb cache though.

Also, stick with 7200 RPM versus 5400 - the real loading time determination.
