Forza Motorsports Autosave?!

I have Forza Motorsports and I think it's a really good game, but What I hate about the game is that it always autosaves!! I want to buy a car see what upgrades i can get then drive it, buy another one, do the same, then decide which car im going to get and then load my old savegame and buy the one car. but since Forza is always saving my profile I can't do that. Is there a way to disable this damn autosave thing. I looked around in the option menus but didn't find anything. Did you guys experience the same?
