I usually set mine at 22 or 21 inner and 119 outer. These settings worked for both Ritek and TY. Try increasing the outer setting by 1 mm. 120 is as high as it goes.

Are these setting still effective for you? Just got my R200 and am about to pick up "patricia nimock" spray...

Yep still using these setting for the hub printable discs. I haven't tried the spray though. Let me know how it turns out.

Do you keep your discs in a binder or jewel cases?

I keep all my discs in binders. I keep them in a jewel case for approx 24 hours for the ink to dry first though.

Movies 27, I have my outer set at 119 and inner at 20 for verbatim +8x-mcc-003 and maxell +8x-maxell-002 full hub printables.

I also have my adj print position: Left-0.3 and Down 0.1 to center them up perfectly.

Now when I first started downloading my disc covers, some of them were smaller size. These had to be stretched out on the template screen just after you click Import/Picture/and your selected cover.Just grab those square blocks and stretch that label to the outer line of the template, then print.

This may be what's holding you up. My first printable copy, jay and silent bob strike back, had about 20 mms of white on the outer. Half the disc labels I download have to be stretched.

Got the Patricia Nimock's spray from Wal-Mart. I have put my results along with a couple of other user's results in this thread:
