Ok i have the new PS2 or PSTwo a.k.a. V12 if im not mistaken. And I have the new Swap Magic version 3.6 DVD & CD with the little tools it comes with. My question is.....is this all i need to run legal back-ups of my games i have or do i need more?

Yes, if you have either Ghost Switch, or the Slimtools, or similar, this is all you need to have to allow backups to run on your slimline with SwapMagic.
