CloneDVD2 - How to skip bad chapters?

Hi, hopefully someone can tell me if what I propose if possible, and if so, how to do it.

I am trying to back up a DVD. One of the sections on the DVD is scratched, and cannot be read (I tried toothpaste, I tried auto polish, nothing will allow the bad area to be read).

The bad area is in Title 02, which has chapters 1-24. The only area that cannot be read is chapter 15.

I understand I can use the CUT function of CloneDVD2 to deselect part of this title. What I want to do is have it read chapters 1-14, and then chapters 16-24, and burn the DVD as completely as possible, minus chapter 15.

Does anyone know if this can be done? All I can do is choose Chapters 1-14 or 16-24 during the selection phase; I cannot have it simply omit chapter 15.

PS If my explanation of this problem is unclear, let me know, and I will try to explain better.
