Ok.. I've been reading about the memory card exploit and everything else ps2 modding related. Everyone contridicts themselves. Can someone please help me out? I could really use the help.. (briderx = AIM Screen Name). Anyways, my problem is this.

I bought the AR Replay MAX and a USB Flash Drive (Sony PSP) :) and an 8mb Memory card. I'm trying to get the "elfs" or whatnot to the memory card. First off, I can't get a decent understanding as to what "elfs" are and what I need to do with them. I don't know, about to give up on this.. Seems too hard.

BTW. My PS2 Two is Un-modded and I would rather not mess with it internally since I just got it yesterday! Thanks!

Edit: I also own an external hard drive that is COMPLETELY EMPTY! I want to be able to backup my games on this..

if its a slim ps2, you cant do the memory card exploit

I've read that nobody knows for SURE if that's possible or not.. (the slim-line exploit).

Also, is there anyway I can use my AR Max to boot usbadvance?
