I know this question probably has been asked but, is there any way you can play "copied games" online?

Yes, search around for 'dnas id' or 'disc id utility'. This will get you off on the right foot. Basically, you will need to extract the dnas id off of your ps2 game using disc id utility. Then insert it into the original .iso file before burning it to dvdr.
