hi,
does anyone know if the ribbon for the power/eject button affects the disc spinning?
i changed the lense for my ps2 (v4) and when putting back together, i pierced the ribbon. just wanna know if this affects the disc spinning or is it a coincidence.

It would make it so you couldnt get the ps2 out of standby.
