i used to be able to make my own little dvds using nero vision express 3, but i updated it and now its giving me a (need mpeg4 codec) every time i wanna burn avi files. how to i get thi stupid coded cuz its making me mad, lol. its been a while now since i burnt my shows and i got alot on my compyter. thanks!

No worry friend, try K-Lite codec Pack (full version) here:

But be sure to read the installation notes.
