I just got the modchip installed in a new PStwo slimline from gameworld direct.

I have no manuals or anything or discs. So I do not know how to use the special features or how to access the GUI for it.

I also use Ritek G04 -R's and hte laser sounds as if it's working hard and 2 games have froze on me. I only had it for one day so don't know of the chips behaviour. But I am using good media. However if someone could help me along with the issue of getting to the GUI and using the Features of the chip I would be most grateful.

PS: Is upgrading the firmware guaranteed or is it risky. Could u point me to the latest firmware for the chip. My PS2 I think is v12 as I only ordered it last week.
