have a ps2 modified
its plays both pal and ntsc games
but my television is pal
so all the gaames com in black and white
since most of the copied games i buy are in ntsc so its a big prblem
is the any s/w which i can download
i live in india its diffucult to buy any thing online

I THINK you need a PAL NTSC converter, this will convert the signal for you

i think this is the case

i had one on my ps1 and it worked

i have a ntac to PAL converter
but no result
it shows the screen in liitle more colors but not perfectly
it doesnt not display any shades of green
so the colors look wired
i treid the both the one u get or ps2 and ps1
nothig works

Which mod-chip/BIOS do you have? On the DMS4 with Toxic BIOS, you can force the system to choose either NTSC or PAL.

Since I have an NTSC television I setup the Toxic BIOS to force output to NTSC. That way I can play PAL games and it prevents the PAL games from forcing PAL mode, so it displays in NTSC.

Check out your chip and/or BIOS information and see if you can setup this option.

i had the same problem... the only way to fix it was buying a new tv that displays both PAL and NTSC :(
