How can I copy a dvd to several cd's?

Hi Everyone,
Please forgive me if this question has been previously asked and answered....I was unable to find this specific answer.
I have a copy of a series called Vicar of Dibley and I would like to copy the episoded on it to several cd's if possible.
I have used easyvcd in the past but for some reason it seems to recognize only 1 episode.
Can I use dvd x copy as it seems to recognize each episode?
I have no idea however how to do it.
I was just barely able to figure out how to 'view' each episode using the programme.
Any help or advice would be GREATLY appreciated.
P.S.
I have Nero 6 start smart.
