How to Burn a DVD from a TS File?

I am trying to make a copy of a movie that is in a file on my computer. It is in a TS File and I don't know the process for burning this kind of file to DVD. Can anyone give me some advice?

do you mean a VIDEO_TS folder? with ifo/bup/vob files inside?
