Is everything still on the dvd?
or is it in a avi or mpeg file?
I need to know other wise it will take me a while to explain both ways.

rip the movie to your hard drive using smartripper or dvd decryptor and then use dvd2avi to make the audio portion. Dvd2avi will make a large wave file that you can convert to mp3.

You can now also use VirtualDub v1.4.13.mod to open your DVD VOB files directly and save the Audio as WAV or MP3.
