ok heres the deal, i downloaded the star wars torrent for ep 3. i got it on dvd and a .vob file. its is full screen. i think i can make the quality look better if its widescreen. is there any easy to use programs to convert the video display from 4:3 to 4:2 aspect ratio? what about improving video quality making it smoother?

BASICALLY ANY BODY GOT ANY PRGRAMS TO MAKE A FULL SCREEN DVD INTO WIDESCREEN? MORE SPECIFICALLY .VOB FILE WIDESCREEN

Yes, TMPGEnc 3.0 XPress will do it quite nicely though you still need to burn the resulting DVD mpeg file(s) to DVD.
