Combine pre-authored movies and maintain menu structure

I'm trying to take a couple of Tae Bo movies I have and combine them into one DVD (each is a little over a gig). I've extracted the movies and am attempting to use DVD Author 1.6 to create the menu structure, but can't seem to figure out how to make the menu as simple as possible. What I'd like to do is have an intro screen that points to the two videos, and have the video menu structure load immediately. Unfortunately, every time I add a track and then add the movies, it finds three titles and adds all three, then breaks the chapters up, so one of the chapters is actually the menu of the video! What software can I use to accomplish this? Is this possible? Thanks in advance!
