I need some assistance on installing a Xecuter 2.6 CE chip in my version 1.6 xbox

goto team xecuter's website and look at the step by step diagrams.

make sure you are looking at the guide for 1.6 xbox's

i know you are gonna come back here and tell me that there is no x2.6 pictures even though the x3 and x2.6 are almost identical so here is a install guide...

once you have the chip installed and the xbox boots to Flashbios, follow this guide for flashing your bios...it is very important you flash according to the guide.

Ok I installed it but my xbox turns on then off then does for three times did I install it wrong

triple check your solder points, and look for solder splashes(if you soldered the chip in)

once the chip is installed correctly the xbox will boot to Flashbios
