Hi - I have a problem maybe someone else has experienced and might have the answer (I hope). I keep trying to play my music files and I have been having crashes with two different programs - Windows Media Player 10 and Real Player 10+. I had the WMP bonus pack but I removed it, thinking it might be causing problem, but it wasn't. The crashes seem to be random, the players work fine then suddenly freeze up (not [f***ing] responding!), taking other work I am doing with it - HELP PLEASE! Thanks

P.S. I did several forum searches before posting, forgive me if this is redundant, and if it is please let me know what the thread is called. Unfortunately, too many people just post "help me please", making the thread useless to searchers.
