problem with CD swap magic

I dont know if anyone have this problem. I currently using flip top and swap magic 3.3 to play back up game. However, my ps2 is able to read DVD SWAP MAGIC DISC but not the CD SWAP MAGIC DISC. Both discs are new. DONT know what wrong with it. Any advice would greatly appreciate. THANK YOU

i also have this problem with my swap magic cd. dvd plays fine but the cd always gets a disc read error. if i reset the system about a hundred times it sometimes starts working, but yeah...the first time i took it out of the package it had a DRE.

When it load/boot does it make a loud noise i.e. scratchy noise? If so, then simply take out the "small round white" thing that's located under the flip top cover, loosen up the 2 small screws like 2 mils down, or a couple time of back turns, put back the round white thingy back on and try it again. I've done this to my nephew's PS2 V5 and it solved his loading/reading that's making loud noise problem. Now he's playing backed up like crazy.
