I need advice on what might be causing my authored DVD's to have noise/artifacts. The quality really does stink! I capture from my PV-GS120...transcode and burn using NeroVision Express. When played back on a DVD player, there's obvious degredation.
I'm using a BenQ Dual-Layer writer and Memorex DVD-RW media.
(Could it have something to do w/ the writing speed?)
