I have read about this Dual Layer patching program and just want to get specifics from anyone who knows.
This is what i am wondering about

so you have to have a mod chip for it to work?
And if you did have a mod chip capable of booting DVD9 games, then why would you need the patcher. Most have flashes that include the capability to play DVD9 media?
