Error 13 on default dash

I get this error message when i try to boot from original xbox dash, after checking the error list over at x-s it appears I have a problem with the kernel.

How do I go about getting a fresh install of the default dash? Is it even possible, or am I stuck with this?

should be able to re install it with slayers.....I'm pretty sure it has that option.

yes you can rebuild your hd to factory with slayer's 2.6 autoinstaller.
