I bought a premodded XboX, it has the Xecuter 2.6 chip, evox, and it is a 1.6 version xbox, anyways...

i got banned from xbox live because my little brother tried to go onto xbox live with the modchip on, so i bougth an unbanned EEPROM online, i did a backup of my original one as the directions said, and followed the full instructions on how to upload the new EEPROM.

once all that was done i restarted my XboX, now, my console wont boot, i get no video or audio, i dont even get the X logo that is supposed to display when booting, my power button flashes green, when i press eject, the cd rom feels like it is ejecting but immediately retracts... all i can say is tha my xbox is DEAD!!!

i tried loading configmagic onto a cd-rw, i tried xboxhdm onto a cd-rw, i loaded the evox dashboard files onto a cd-rw to try to boot from the cd and see if that worked, but all attempts had the same result. FAILURE...

Has this happened to anybody out there? and if so how what was done about it??? Any suggestions on how to fix this?
