IfoEdit or Srt2Sup problem

I have encoded some avi files with TMPEnc and used Srt2Sup to get the subtitle files into a .sup file. I used Ifo edit to merge all audio, video and subtitle files into to the dvd files. The dvd works fine but where the subtitles should be there are only green boxes...

I know you can edit the appearance with Srt2Sup but am I doing something wrong?

They appear fine in Srt2Sup so im guessing something is wrong with IFO edit?

Surely someone has had the same problem? Ive sorted it with Avi2DVD but unfinished business annoys me! lol

Ifo Edit wont work at all now, it crashes at 18% everytime. Some internal error - not enough input memory or something. Cacktastic
Anybody have an alternative? or ideas?
