I have a v7 ps2 I just installed a DMS4 Pro EZI chip in then put it back together again and got it to work once and then opened it again to do a better job on the grnd wire and better tape under the chip now my ps2 won`t turn on and the fan dosen`t move and I hear a whistling ring from it as well
