MPG to DVD Problem

I have an MPEG movie and want to turn it into a DVD movie with chapters. I have downloaded TMPG so that I can create the movie in DVD format but am uncertain how to create chapters?? Any help would be much appreciated!

Get Ulead dvd maker, it does the job for me :D

you could also try nero vision express you dont need TMPGEnc with this program just the mpeg file. It will convert it to dvd format add chapters and burn it. there is a trial available.
