I got mine from http://www.consolesource.com about a month ago. The shipping takes 3 days -- I ordered it on Wednesday morning and got it Friday afternoon. I believe "consolesource" is based in Canada - it's alright with me because I lived in its neighbor state i.e Minnesota.

Keep em coming,because I like to see sites that are reliable other than the ones I use also.I hate Divineo though,some people say they are reliable but never will I order from them again.I ordered twice from them with bad service both times.I ordered a Xbox modchip which was a bad chip,and then I ordered the breaker pro disc which also didn't work.All I can say is if you can try your best to stay away from them.

I used www.chipspain.com (based in spain duh!) and for Euro16 I got Swap Magic 2.0 DVD version,Swap Magic 3.0 CD version, Breaker Pro and a slide tool almost a year back
Shipping was something like 3euro,fairly cheap and quick I thought,took 5 days or so to get to Ireland

The one that i used is http://www.consoleasia.com , my item which waas swap magic 3.6 plus fliptop v4-v8 came in 4 days even though i orderd 5 day shipping. These guys are amaing, and best of all they dont spam, forums like many of these rip off mod sites ive been seeing pooping up lately.
Best of all swap magic is $23.99 and fliptop is like 10 dollars with the combo!@
