Man I wish I'd left well enough alone.

I did 5, 6, 9, OK to check my firmware version. The model number matched the one on the sticker and the version was 0531.

I hit OK and the player shut off.

When I turned it back on, it was all bluish purple with flashing. I did the 5,6,9 OK again...no change.

Now I'm stuck with a flashy purple display and I'm unsure what to do! Please tell me it's something stupid and easy to fix...
