I have 5 .rar parts. each file inside the .rar archives is named either CD1, CD2, CD3, CD4, CD5, CD6 with either a img, ccd, or sub extension.

The problem is, because there are numerous files named the same, i dont know which ones to burn or whether to rename them and group them together into their respective CD#'s.

I first tried just extracting the contents of part1.rar, and burning each cd, with cd clone, using the ccd file as the prompt - cd 1 starts off fine, but as soon as it asks you for more cds they dont work.

here are my files;

part1.rar - contains:
CD1.sub
CD2.sub
CD3.sub
CD4.sub
CD5.sub
CD6.sub
CD1.ccd
CD2.ccd
CD3.ccd
CD4.ccd
CD5.ccd
CD6.ccd
CD1.img
CD2.img
CD3.img
CD4.img
CD5.img
CD6.img

part2.rar - contains;
CD1.sub
CD2.sub
CD3.sub
CD4.sub
CD5.sub
CD6.sub

CD5.img
CD6.img

part3.rar - contains;
CD4.img

How big is each when you extract it?
like part1.rar (just the first file)
If you have Nero or CDVDGEN have you tried taking each of those once extracted and making one ISO out of them?
Tht is why i am asking how big each is to determine how big the total of the 5 parts would be as an ISO and if it would fit.
I have never seen a rar file in parts before. I have seen a game haver many rar files but one you extract the first one you got the ISO you needed to burn.

The total size of everything is 3gigs. within the rar parts the imgs and ccds are very small (obviously) and each sub file within each of the rar parts, is around 700,000kb. Because each rar file contains 6 .sub files, each rar file equals around the same amount.
each rar part is also names 'isos'
the confusing part is, there are CD 6s....but 5 rar parts, and the parts to each of the cds are mixed up in all the different rar parts.....the only thing I can think to do is rename them and group them together by CD, but surely when you burn a cd you need only 1 sub 1 ccd and 1 img? it doesnt make any sense....
like i said, when i burned cd 1 with the contents of part1.rar that looked and worked fine, but the rest were incomplete.....so where do the other files come into play and how do i pick the right one without wasting hundreds of cds?
