I want to start by saying I am very new to this. I soft modded my xbox and put unleashx on it and is working fine. I did the same to my cousins xbox and everything was going smoothly until he told me he was getting error 16. I know it's a dashboard file but is there anyway I can fix it without a mod chip? Can I replace the hard drive and put my xbox hd image on it? I searched and saw a similar thread but it didn't mention replacing the hd only a mod chip. Also what could he have done to cause error 16? So I can prevent it from happening to my xbox. Thanks
