Hi. I have a ps2 v7 with a flip top. i haven't tried backing up games yet as my originals wont work after the flip top installation. when i put a disc into the ps2, the disc spins off of the place where its suppose to stay. should i put something on the disc to make it heavier so the disc will stay put? any suggestions please, ty!

also, my brother (an idiot) hit the ps2 because the flip top wouldnt go in smoothly and the first controller port got bent. its where u plug in the controller, it has 3 seperate things for the port. one of those things is bent slighty. when i put the controller in that port, it fits fine but when i start up the game it doesnt do anything but the 2nd controller port works (the game only worked because i held it down with my hand to see if the controller 1 would work)

Take the magnet that is on the black top that covers the disc drive and place it on the disc when you play a game and it will keep it in place.

if by magnet u mean the white thing? im not sure what the magnet is u are talking about. i put the white thing into the flip top but the disc will still spin out (when the flip top isnt closed) but when i have it shut, the disc doesnt spin enough or will sometimes spin out.
