Why should you? .BIN = image extracted 2352 bytes/sector. ISO = image extracted 2048 bytes/sector. In the conversion you lose information. And Nero/Alcohol etc. are capable of burning both types.

Anyway, if you wat to do that, I suppose you could use WinISO. Some similar DOS applications are Bin2iso, Raw2Iso.

I warn you, sometimes they might work bad and ou could get a coaster. I think, for instance, that WinISO it does not work well with MODE2 PSX/PS2 images. Also, converting .BIN images of CD-XA (CDs with data+audio) is not possible, I think. You will end up with an .ISO data track and some WAV files (one for each audio track).
