MultiLingual Movies on PSP

I've tried to convert some of my VCD movies onto the M/S duo for watching on my PSP. Software I've used were 3GP Converter; Nero Recode 2; and Xilisoft. What I can not solve is that I am not able to select the preferred language from the conversion and therefore as I play the movie on the PSP, I have English on the left channel and Chinese on the right,simultaneously. There are no options for me to do the setting before conversion, all 3 of them. Can anyone here be kind enough to help me solve this please?
