Hey I hope someone answer my question. Several weeks ago I bought the Silver Lacquer Taiyos from Meritline(DVD-R), which were supposed to be 4x. They however sent me TYG02's which as you know, are 8x. Eh I'm not complaining. However when I run PIE/PIF tests on some of my backed up games, the results arent flawless as I would like them to be, but have a PIF Peak of 2 and and Total of 18-30. Is this bad quality for Taiyos or what? The results are still much better than for my Ritek G05's or Verbatim Film Reel DVD+Rs which have PIF Peaks of around 8, and PIF Totals of around 105. I have a Lite-On DVDRW SOHW 1633s BSOS(it used to be DigitalMax and I crossflashed it) Any help would be appreciated. Oh yeah and I'm in this forum because I ran the tests on a backup of MC3 DUB.
