Im using Virtualdub to joing a movie thats in 2 parts, but when its done and try to play the file i get

This Avi file wasnt prepared for sequential reading, the alternative Avi Splitter will now let the default one handle it. the complete interleaving of this file is strongly recommended before burning it into a slow media like cd-rom.

Well im enterely new to this so i have no idea what this means
Can Anyone help me?
