Video offsets on burned games

A few backups of mine (Return of the King and Second Sight) dont line up the video and audio corectly for game cutscenes. Gameplay section work fine but during the cutscenes the video plays faster than the audio, usally meaning the scene ends cuting the audio off early.

I have a Slimline PS2 with the Infinity mod v1.46. Any ideas?

I'm using Pro-line DVD+R at 8x with some crappy Khypermedia drive. Could that be causing this?

I will try burning the same game at work on a Taiyo Yuden with a Plextor and see if it makes a difference.

yeah stuff like that often is because of cheap media or your burning speed.
If you are not already try Philips,TDK,or Verbatim discs
Try different speeds or programs to burn them with
I use DVD Decrypter all the time
I set the write speed to 1X and let it fly.
Games always worki great.
