When I download a rom that I own with snes am I supposed to unzipp the file b4 burning? I have tried 2 times and I keep getting(process failed) something about focus! I am not unzipping the files.I am burning w/nero.Any help would be great..

Are you burning for the snes station if so then yes you will have to unzip them before burning plus you would have to put them in a file that you make yourself called ROMS. when you unzip the file you will get a second file.Open the second file and take the rom file and put it in your ROMS folder do this with all your unzip roms and then you can burn it to a cd-r with your snes_emu.elf and system file

Thanks, I am burning for snes station. I am putting the downloads in a file called snes roms then draggind and dropping the file in the new compilation.But I didn't unzip them.I am trying to put it on a cdr b/c my mod doesn't like dvdr's.

if it don't read the rom file when you boot it up on your ps2 make sure you change the name of your file from snes roms to ROMS

P.S. make sure you have more than 10 games

ok thanks. I just got my dms 4 pro ezi today, I will put it in and check it tomorrow and let you know how it goes.

P.S. When I download a file do I download the (file01) the (winRAR) or (winZIP)

Easy go here http://snes-station.gamebase.ca/downloads.htm download the cd walkthrough guide and follow everything it says.If you run into any problems check the forums on http://www.gamebase.ca to see where you are stuck.Hope this helps you out some,and not really sure about the modchip method it should be in the cd walkthrough along with Swap Magic method.
