Converting MP3 and MPG4 files best settings

Oki so I've started to convert files to mp4 so I thought I would talk to people about it see what the best settings are for people I have a 128MB stick and I can fit roughly 10mp3's and 2 25min episodes or vid's at about 30-35mb a video and still have room for the game saves. this is at the lowest setting for converting I belive

320x240/15fps/216kbps Mono/48kbps

any other settings floating around that people want to lend out there also MP3's I dont have a good setting for but I heard that you can convert your mp3's to Attrac's and it takes up less room any ideas about this?

What program are you using to convert those files?
Because I converted 1 file it was 23 mins and it was about
84mb and i only have a 128mb memorystick

PSP Video 9 he is using. Best settings are 96-160 kb/s for music (I use 96) Atracs arent as good as mp3 though.....

can anyone tell me where you can install a program where you can convert mp3 files to mp4???

MP3s to MP4s? Why would you do that? You can put MP3s under music while MP4s are videos and are put under Video.

but everytime when i transfer mp3 into my consol and then when i go to the music session there isn't any mp3 shown!!!!!!!

can you teach me how to transfer them???
