Problem with DVD-R created By HS2

I have copied four 45 mints of videos from my Camcoder in four diff programs. When I created DVD-R, Finalize using SP speed, it plays first program fine. Second start draging and see the slow and skips. But gragings not always on the same clips, different every time you play the DVD-R. If I rearrainge the programs it work fine.

Same problems with my four SVCD programs, I copied them to HS2 using four diff programs, then made one DVD-R. This time Scond and third are dragging ans skipping. If I skip the chapter it work fine for while and draggs again.

Any solution for this. It is one month old system and out of warrenty from the Best Buy. It is still in 90 days warrenty from manufacturer.
