divxtodvd widescreen problems

ok, i have been going over the net looking for a solution but nothing,. my problem is that when i use divxtodvd to convert my mpeg (starwars to be exact). When the conversion is finished I have a movie in a little square in the middle of a huge black box. Tried forcing 16:9 but still squashed into a little 4:3. any idea if its the program or am i doing something wrong.

I am having the same problem, tried DivXtoDVD to force it to widescreen but doesnt work. I will keep looking on this.
