Anyone ever buy TY from Amazon? Im in Hawaii and the shipping from anywhere else is a killer. aloha

Yes i ordered some from amazon and received mine in less than 7 days. Pretty good turn around for shipping and receiving time.

while i have never ordered TYs from amazon, i KNOW for a fact they are the real deal, i had a friend order them, they were the 16x dvd-r i believe~, FLAWLESS~ :)

i have bought MANY computer parts/accessories/etc from amazon and with their free super saver shipping and no tax, if you find a good deal, jump on it quick~ amazon is too huge of a company to be selling ANYTHING fake~ shipping is usually pretty good while sometimes i have read that when they pack media, it can be somewhat clumsy and people have reported broken spindles (the plastic part) or scratched disks.

but, that might be the ONLY issue with amazon, they have poor shipping, but they are a good price and shipping is free if you choose that option over $25 purchase~ :P rest assured you will get the REAL DEAL~ if that is your main concern.

i'm a HUGE fan of newegg as well flip, but, being in california, sales tax usually kills any potential good deals for me~ amazon has no tax and free ship.~ that's just my 2 cents on it, you gotta search around for the really good deals, but they are out there sometimes~ :)

lol ... I'm the opposite of you. I get no tax from newegg, and taxed from Amazon. They are located here in Seattle. And the shipping takes forever!!!! from Amazon.

Everything comes in 2 days from Newgg :)

we're like exact opposites in terms of WHERE to buy from~ :)

tax for one, no tax for the other~

i think you got the better deal though, i find newegg's selection and pricing much better than amazon's for the most part~ only because i purchase a LOT of computer hardware to build my computers~

if we talking books or dvds or household appliances, then amazon is the better deal for me~ :P
