Hi,
Sorry, I didn't know where else to post this, so I posted it here. I need to know is there a way I can create a software? I want it to be like DVD Rebuilder, which uses a few others softwares to complete a few jobs. Anyone here advanced at making softwares or have made any kind of useful software before? Any help would be appreciated.

Regards,
DiRect

Well You are going to know how to Write in either C++ or Java or Delphi Code (Preferably C++)and if you don"t know how to write Code then you Should Probably Give up Right now because without this Skill you will be Totally lost when it comes to Createing a Software Program and Code isn"t something you can Learn over a weekend or even in a Couple of Years in School....

Learning how to Write Code and write it in a way that it actually Compiles into a Program that works is a Very Difficult Skill to learn and very few poeple have these Skills...Pluss Most software Programs are usually in Developement for Years before they are realeased to the Public and there is usually a Team working on each Project....

Take For Instance Avery Lee who is the Creator of Virtual-Dub, He started working on Virtual-Dub over 5 years ago and he is still working out the Bugs and that is even after releaseing allmost 100 different versions of the Program and still not perfecting it....

Pluss the Software that you need to write Programs is Fairly expensive.. You will need something like "Visual Basic Studio/.Net" or "Delphi 2005" or some other SDK.....

Well Good Luck

As Minion said it is a very difficult skill to learn and can for some people take a very long time just to get the basic ideas of coding. I have been at college for the last 3 years doing a computer cousre and i have to say i still can't code in to much detail as i find it very very confusing not hard just confusing. The very 1st coding application i ever used was Pascal and that is like the most annoying thing ever, now use Delphi and that is alot better. All i can say is never Give up you will get there if you put in the work and try you best. I know one of the teachers at my college has a website for learning the basics of Delphi i will find out the name and post a link.

I wish you the best of luck.

aye aye man
