Hi, I want to remove my modchip from my PS2 I dont know what version it is but its model number is SCPH-30001 R. Thanks.

Hi
You need to open it up, the chip and wires will be clearly visable, you then need to just touch where the wires are soldered onto the board with a hot soldering iron with a fine tip while giving a very light pull on each wire, you only need to touch each solder point for a second, Do not pull too hard on the wire or you could lift something of the board.
REMEMBER JUST TOUCH EACH POINT WHILE GENTLY TEASING THE WIRE.
