DMS4 EZI Pro Red Screen of Death Problem Please Help

I have installed a DMS4 Pro chip in my v7 ps2 and it was installed in another v7 before this one I checked that the pins were good and they were still good so I installed it in the new one and the ps2 boots and I tried to disable the chip after that and it wont disable the chip so I tried to see if I could just flash the bios and I got a RSOD (of course) thought maybe I had bent some pins putting it on but I didn`t so I tried just the motherboard ,power supply,and the disk tray and it still gives me RSOD and wont disable the chip and when I hook up the test panel without the battery (cause the battery cable wasen`t included) I get no lights so please help
