I am trying to patch up xenosaga 1 using the paradox patch and then burning it with a dual layer disk. Can someone confirm to me that this way works, and can you lead me to a step by step guide to add the patch please. I use dvd decrypter and use swap disk magic thank you.

Don't bother, Swap Magic will not play a dual layer back up game anyway.

You can only do that if you have a good mod chip like DMS4 or Matrix Infinity.

i read on this forum yesterday though that the swap magic team are working on booting DL discs, so expect a newer version with it on...

I would expect no less, it is the wave of the future.
Luckily i have a DMS4 Pro chip so for me the future is now!
