DVD+R won't play on Toshiba DVD player, but.....

it will play on RCA player. I burned a DVD+R on my sister's old computer that will play. I used the new DVD shrink and Nero to burn this one, and selected all regions. The programs I used on her old computer was an older verstion of DVD shrink & Copy to DVD and that seemed to work, it that disk will play on the Toshiba, it's also a DVD+R, so I don't think that is the problem. Any ideas? I'm pretty new at this, my burner and computer are both new. I could use any help that is out there.
