I am wanting to get a mod chip and i was wondering which chip should i buy?
1.Apollo 7
2.Duo 2 se
3.Magic v plus
4.MarsIII ms 502
5.Magic 3.1

The Duo 2 se is a good chip i have one myself they are cheap and so far very reliable, if its a version 9/10 you will need to do the romeo mod which can be found here http://www.cyber-mag.com/station/laserV9.htm

Either of them should be ok, but the fastest you should be burning at is x4 for PS2 games on good quality media check out here http://www.digitalfaq.com/media/dvdmedia.htm for advice on media.

Its hard to tell its the media code that matters and the only way to tell what it is is to buy the discs then use the like of Nero info tool or something similar to find out the code. If at all possible get Ritek GO4 type discs, ask at your local comp store they might stock them.
