I know some other people have this problem too, so has anyone found a solution yet? I burned my copy with Nero at 4x speed, and I tried putting scotch tape near the "hole ring" like I read somewhere. Any other suggestions? I cant try burning it on dvd until next week, and am just trying any other solutions right now. Thanks!

could it be that you're trying to play PAL version on NTSC system?

No, PAL would just affect the color of the game, not the disc spinning, I think. The game plays perfect graphics and sound wise, but I think the constant spinning might damage my ps2. I dont have a dvd burner and was just wondering if anyone else could offer suggestions. Thanks for the reply though :)
