When I burn a VCD the lowest burn speed in the options menu is 8 x .
I would like to burn at 4 x but cannot change the drop down menu.
I am using nero and windows xp.
help!

Does your CD burner, media and software you are trying to use support 4X? In this day and age of 52X plus drives it is possible one of these may not.

thanks for the reply, I`m not sure however if I burn cd`s in media player it will allow me to burn at 4x
