Will not boot past Error 6,13.14.16 xenium ice

I canot boot past error screen. I installed Xenium ice chip on xbox but when it boots i always get a error not always the same one sometimes 6,13,16. i did a hard drive upgrade to a 160gb wd from xenium OS. I took the chip out and put origianl hdd in and i still get errors sometimes 6,14 codes. Both of the drives are unlocked because the Xenium Os unlocked it. I can ftp and connect to my xbox with Flashfx through xenium but it does not see any files or floders. I tried to use Xenium web OS but it will not let me put any files into it the folders it say permission error or acces denied. I see all of the folders C,E,X,Y but there is nothing in any of them in the web os or smb. Does any one have any suggestions thanks.
